Facilitation

Longbridge offers dynamic and innovative meeting & retreat design and facilitation. Our meetings, team offsites, and retreats are designed around three core questions: What do you want your team members to know? What do you want your team members to do? And, how do you want your team members to feel?

For our outdoor retreat experiences, we combine our interactive program design with opportunities for quiet reflection on the land, and group exercises that foster relational connection as a reflection of the interconnection of the natural world in which we are immersed.

Equity & Belonging Consulting

Our team has deep expertise in providing Equity & Belonging consulting services that help organizations build cultures where all employees feel valued, respected, and able to thrive. Our consultants work with stakeholders across the organization to identify systemic barriers, assess current practices, and design strategies that promote fairness, inclusion, and equitable access to opportunities.

Services include organizational/climate assessments, policy and process reviews, leadership coaching, inclusive culture building, employee engagement strategies, and training on topics such as psychological safety, courageous conversations, implicit bias, allyship, global lens and inclusive leadership.
