At Longbridge, we create high impact, experiential, hands-on management and leadership development programs. Our seasoned facilitators bring our inclusive facilitation approach and deep expertise to every workshop. We support leaders in increasing their self awareness while building leadership skills at individual, team, and organizational levels and embedding an equity lens in everything they do.

We offer management and leadership academies, series, and workshops of different lengths utilizing various learning platforms. Longbridge’s tailored leadership programs draw from our extensive content library and are each custom-designed to meet our client’s specifications, leveraging both our experience and creativity in the design and delivery process.

Longbridge offers dynamic and innovative meeting & retreat design and facilitation. Our meetings, team offsites, and retreats are designed around three core questions: What do you want your team members to know? What do you want your team members to do? And, how do you want your team members to feel?

For our outdoor retreat experiences, we combine our interactive program design with opportunities for quiet reflection on the land, and group exercises that foster relational connection as a reflection of the interconnection of the natural world in which we are immersed.

At Longbridge, our Organization Development (OD) consulting helps organizations improve how they operate, adapt, and grow by focusing on people, processes, and results. Our consultants partner with leaders to diagnose underlying challenges, design strategies, and implement solutions that strengthen overall effectiveness.

Typical services include assessing organizational structure, improving team dynamics, enhancing leadership capabilities, and creating change readiness. We facilitate strategic planning and change initiatives; and we co-create cultures and systems that support collaboration, performance, and long-term sustainability.

The goal of our OD consulting practice is to create healthier, more aligned, and more resilient organizations that can execute their strategies and navigate change with confidence.

Equity & Belonging

We partner with organizations to build cultures rooted in equity, inclusion, and belonging. Our consulting is grounded in deep listening, systems thinking, and increasing organizational self-awareness. We help teams surface blind spots, align values with practice, and co-create strategies. These engagements are tailored to organizational needs and can include:

  • Roadmap: Developing an equity & belonging strategic roadmap complete with vision, success factors, goals, growth areas, strengths, and a multi-year action plan. 

  • Training: design and delivery of customized training programs to equip leaders, managers, and staff with the skills they need to enhance their awareness of equity issues, take constructive action, and hold one another accountable.

  • Equity Committee: Partnership in building an internal committee to steward equity and belonging work and goals.
