Organization Development Consulting

We support mission-driven organizations through moments of growth, change, and transformation. Our OD consulting helps leaders clarify purpose, align structure with strategy, and cultivate cultures of trust and adaptability.

Using a strengths-based and participatory approach, we design processes that support healthy collaboration and culture, effective decision-making, and resilient systems — all in service of greater impact.

— Vice Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; academic health institution

We’ve been working with the Longbridge team for many years to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across our organization. Following their comprehensive data collection process that included meaningful interviews, focus groups and a DEIB survey for all employees, they have customized solutions to meet our specific needs. As a partner, they take the time to listen, learn and discover our strengths as well as our opportunity areas in the DEIB area. We now have a DEIB strategic roadmap and high impact training programs that guide our work. We view their team as trusted advisors who not only act as facilitators and trainers, they are also our deeply knowledgeable thought partners. The Longbridge team has thoughtfully led us as an organization on our DEIB journey — challenging us to examine how we lead, how we become catalysts for substantive change and how we live in alignment with our values.

The Longbridge Collective has been a stellar partner in our efforts to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in our organization. We have embarked on a multiyear journey that is supporting us in becoming more self aware, clear in our vision and goals and aligned on a roadmap to realize them. Longbridge has a very collaborative and facilitative style that has centered understanding our culture, needs and aspirations. Though they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, they do not push it on us; rather, they facilitate us in the journey as we chart our own way.
With their partnership, we have taken tremendous strides forward to advance DEI in our organization.
