Paul Cello is driven by his passion for personal and organizational change and has dedicated his life’s work to creating opportunities for individuals, teams, and entire companies to introspect more deeply to catalyze real transformation.

Paul brings an integrated approach to help clients address complex issues through high-stakes facilitation, organization development consulting, and executive coaching.

For the last 25 years, Paul has worked across a multitude of industries globally and held leadership roles in both consulting firms as well as non-profit boards. Paul brings to his work both a flexibility of approach as well as a rigorous commitment to results. He has participated in organizational change efforts that have impacted both the culture of organizations and the financial bottom-line as well.

Paul received his education from Bennington College in Vermont, focusing his studies on theatre and psychology and has also worked with some of the most prestigious theatre companies in the world including Steppenwolf Theatre, Shakespeare and Company, the Magic Theatre, and Chichester Festival in England. In addition, Paul was part of the visual effects teams of several Academy Award winning films including The Matrix.
