Isis Delgado is an organizational development and program evaluation consultant specializing in equity-centered improvement across education, corporate, and mission-driven organizations.

For nearly two decades, she has partnered with schools, districts, universities, nonprofits, and corporate teams to help leaders strengthen systems, assess performance, and drive measurable, sustainable change. Her work blends strategic planning with rigorous evaluation. Isis leads organizational audits, culture and climate assessments, and root-cause analyses; designs performance metrics and evaluation tools; and guides teams through process mapping and data-driven decision-making. She has led instructional and equity review teams in both urban and rural communities across the United States.

Since 2015, Isis has directed large-scale improvement initiatives, helping organizations identify growth opportunities and translate data into clear, actionable strategies. Her expertise includes program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating leadership teams as they build long-term improvement plans.

Isis has served as Director of Operations for The Longbridge Collective since 2021. Previously, Isis served as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Chancellor for Teaching and Learning at the NYC Department of Education. She also managed NYC’s Quality Review, ensuring consistent evaluation of 1,700 schools annually. Earlier, she founded an after-school program in Pasadena, improving student achievement and attendance through strong community partnerships.

Isis holds a BA in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
