Chia Tzu Yeh is an instructional designer and eLearning developer with over five years of experience creating effective, learner-centered digital learning solutions. She currently works as an eLearning developer in the retail industry, where she develops engaging learning experiences that support business performance and organizational goals. 

Passionate about helping people learn better, Chia Tzu focuses on building accessible and impactful learning experiences that enable individuals and teams to succeed. In addition to her professional role, she collaborates with The Longbridge Collective on eLearning initiatives that support community programs and address diverse business needs. 

Chia Tzu holds a BA degree from National Taipei University of Education and an MA degree in Educational Technology from the University of San Francisco. Her professional experience across Asia and the United States enables her to bring a cross-cultural perspective to the design of inclusive and thoughtful learning solutions.
