Carol Wang is an executive and leadership coach, team coach, and leadership development trainer with extensive experience supporting leaders from emerging managers to C-level executives. She partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capability, accelerate talent development, and drive sustainable organizational growth. Her coaching and training work spans a wide range of industries, including IT, internet, retail, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, automotive, and financial services.

Carol is a Faculty Member at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and BEabove Leadership, where she trains and supervises professional coaches. She holds multiple credentials, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, CTI), Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC, BEabove Leadership), and Certified Leadership Circle Profile Coach.

Before transitioning into coaching, Carol served as Chief Technology Officer and Director of the Emerging Technology Institute at IBM China Development Lab, leading large cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and strategic initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in computer science and a PhD in Transportation and Traffic Planning and Management from Beijing Jiaotong University, China. She used to live in China and currently is based in Seattle, USA.
